In 2010, Sharaf Din Group of Companies consolidated all its non-automotive trading and manufacturing activities under the Trading & Manufacturing Group. Realizing the significant growth these activities witnessed since establishment, each growing into a sizable standalone business, these activities were consolidated under a new business Group to provide even stronger synergies and further progression.

The Trading & Manufacturing Group also acts as an incubator for all new sector businesses the Group decides on venturing into provided these ventures do not complement any other of Sharaf Din Group of Companies's business divisions.
